Positive: בית נקי ומטופח. מאובזר ומסודר. שלוש קומות עם מקלחת טובות בכל קומה (בקומה התחתונה זה חוויה של ספא). חנייה בשפע. ממוקם בשכונה מאובטחת וקרובה למרכזי בילוי.
