Disappointing Positive: Prime location. Negative: 1. Some of the stuff on the ad is not true, eg. there is no parking provided as claimed, one had to park on the public road. 2. There is also no kitchenette, but just shelving with a microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery, with no kitchen sink. One is expected to use the bathroom washbasin that is placed about 250mm from the loo to wash the dishes, and it can't even fit the standard plate, and the same washbasin has no water plug. 3. It also says in the ad the room has a coffee machine, not only there's no machine, but there's no coffee either. 4. The room is extremely tiny, one barely had walking space around the bed, and if one puts one medium suitcase on the floor you can't even open the door. 5. The toilet seat is cracked 6. The washbasin tap is loose and moves around when opening/closing 7. The shower head is completely worn out, and water gushes out in all directions like a fire hydrant when taking a shower 8. When opening hot water, there is a very loud persistent 90dB low pitch squeaking noise from the plumbing 9. There is no TV, and not even space for it 10. There is no hangers for bath towels nor is there space to put them on the bathroom floor, no toilet paper holder either. 11. Owners were not responsive to both calls and text regarding the above concerns.
