Unique Studio Apartment - Number 4704

Wrong apartment, poor value and not a nice stay Positive: The view Negative: On arrival there was no key to our apartment. After contacting Kirstin she met us to see what the issue was. She took us to our apartment 4704 and there was someone in there. They arrived the previous night and key 4704 was the one in the key box. We were then taken further upstairs to room 4706. This was supposed to be the person who was in 4704’s room. The room was tired, no where near as modern and completely different to what we had booked. The room was tatty, unfinished painting and fixings, generally quite dirty. We weren’t offered any refund for having a completely different room at no fault of ours - despite requesting politely twice for even a partial refund. We had to take cases up 3 flights of stairs but this was minor, luckily we were only there for 2 nights with a 9am check out! Significant improvements need to be made to processes to ensure this doesn’t happen and other guests suffer such a bad experience. Overall a very disappointing end to our holiday in Clifton.

Unbelievable view and location. Lovely hosts. Positive: The view and location are phenomenal! Overall, great stay! Negative: Only thing that could be improved, is the bathroom door didn’t shut properly and the shower spilled out. One other super easy fix was the smell of the towels.
